On May 21, Kingswood Oxford School in West Hartford awarded Stafford resident Loretta Szych the Abraham Kopplemann Prize for scholarship and excellence.
Endowed by the Kopplemann family, the award is given to the student who has demonstrated interest in and awareness of the fundamental principles of democratic government.
